Attendance Ambassadors

Our Attendance Ambassadors is led by Elsie and Lola-Grace. Our attendance ambassadors are our ‘HERO’ (Here, Every day, Ready, On time) role models to all other children throughout the academy. They encourage and reward pupils during the weekly celebration assembly to achieve the attendance goal of 97% each week. Classes are rewarded with a class star if they all work together to achieve the goal. Individual children are rewarded weekly with a ‘HERO’ positive point for attending every day and classes even have the opportunity to achieve daily ‘Full House’ points if all children are present each day.

Our Attendance Ambassadors work closely with Senior Leaders and Miss Hoddy (Home School Link Worker) to encourage and support pupils in understanding the importance of good attendance and the relationship between this and academic success. Our Attendance Ambassadors play an important part in ensuring that good attendance is promoted throughout the school. This is achieved through newsletters,  videos to parents and supporting all pupils to be happy and excited to attend school each and every day.
