‘We are proud of our Park Hall family where pupils are happy at school. Relationships between pupils and staff are excellent, they feel safe and well cared for knowing that everyone wants the very best for them. Teachers know the needs of pupils with Special Education Needs and/ or disabilities well.

Learners have very positive attitudes to learning and are rightly proud of their achievements. Children enjoy their lessons because teachers make learning interesting. Our youngest learners get off to a great start in the Early Years where they are supported to become confident, inquisitive learners. Learners are keen readers.

The school’s curriculum is well planned. Teachers make links between different subjects to deepen pupils understanding of what they are learning.’

Since our last inspection senior leaders alongside subject leaders have significantly developed our ambitious curriculum, meticulously identifying the knowledge and skills that we expect all learners to acquire. Reading is the key to all learning and as such lies at the centre of our curriculum. Our learners begin their journey in the Early Years Foundation Stage as novices and progress to become expert geographers, historians, theologians and have the biggest aspirations.
